原先用LiteOS点亮过OLED,这次用HarmonyOS点亮OLED

1、在applications/sample/wifi-iot/app下新建myshow文件夹,myshow文件夹下新建myshow.c、oled_ssd1306.c、oled_ssd1306.h、BUILD.gn四个文件。
