HMC1144是一款砷化镓(GaAs)、假晶高电子迁移率(pHEMT)、单芯片微波集成电路(MMIC)分布式功率放大器,工作频率范围为40 GHz至70 GHz。 在40 GHz至50 GHz的低频段范围内,HMC1144提供19 dB增益(典型值)、28 dBm输出IP3及19.5 dBm输出功率(1 dB增益压缩)。 在50 GHz至70 GHz的高频段范围内,HMC1144提供19 dB增益(典型值)、32 dBm输出IP3及21 dBm输出功率(1 dB增益压缩)。 HMC1144采用4 V电源供电,功耗为320 mA。 HMC1144放大器输入/输出内部匹配50 Ω,可方便地集成至多芯片模块(MCM)。 所有数据均由通过最短0.076 mm (3 mil)的两条0.025 mm (1 mil)线焊连接的芯片获取。
