MPC508A是一个8通道单端模拟多路复用器,MPC509A是一个4通道差分多路复用器。
MPC508A和MPC509A多路复用器具有输入过压保护功能。模拟输入电压可能超过任一电源电压而不会损坏器件或干扰其他通道的信号路径。保护电路确保即使在可能破坏其他多路复用器的故障条件下也能保持信号保真度。模拟输入可以承受70V pp 信号电平和标准ESD测试。如果发生多路复用器功率损耗,则保护信号源免受短路影响;在这种情况下,每个输入都会出现1k 阻力。数字输入还可以承受比电源电压高4V的连续故障。
这些特性使MPC508A和MPC509A非常适用于模拟信号来自外部设备或单独供电的系统。
MPC508A和MPC509A采用Burr-Brown的介电隔离CMOS技术制造。多路复用器采用塑料DIP和塑料SOIC封装。温度范围为?? 40°C至+ 85°C。
