CD74HC4016包含四个独立的数字控制模拟开关,采用硅栅CMOS技术实现与LSTTL类似的运行速度,具有标准CMOS集成的低功耗电路。
每个开关都有两个输入/输出端子(nY,nZ)和一个高电平有效使能输入(nE)。如果模拟电压保持在V CC 和GND之间,通过开关的电流不会产生额外的V CC 电流。
