SN74TVC3306器件提供三个并联的NMOS传输晶体管和一个共用的无缓冲栅极。开关的低导通状态电阻允许以最小的传播延迟进行连接。
该器件可用作双开关,栅极级联到参考晶体管。每个传输晶体管的低压侧限于由参考晶体管设置的电压。这样做是为了保护具有对高态电压电平过冲敏感的输入的元件。
