该器件是一款数控模拟开关,利用硅栅CMOS技术实现与LSTTL类似的工作速度,集成了标准CMOS的低功耗该模拟多路复用器/多路分解器控制可在电源电压范围内变化的模拟电压(即V CC 至V EE )。这些双向开关允许任何模拟输入用作输出,反之亦然。这些开关具有低导通电阻和低OFF泄漏。此外,该设备还具有启用控制 E ,当处于高电平时,禁用所有开关到其OFF状态。
