SN74CB3T3384是一款高速TTL兼容FET总线开关,具有低导通电阻(r on ),允许用于最小传播延迟。该器件通过提供跟踪V CC 的电压转换,完全支持所有数据I /O端口上的混合模式信号操作。 SN74CB3T3384支持采用5V VTL,3.3V LVTTL和2.5V CMOS开关标准的系统,以及用户定义的开关电平(见图1)。
SN74CB3T3384有两个组织5位总线开关,带有独立的输出使能(1OE,2OE)输入。它可以用作两个5位总线开关或一个10位总线开关。当OE \为低电平时,相关的5位总线开关接通,A端口连接到B端口,允许端口之间的双向数据流。当OE \为高电平时,相关的5位总线开关关闭,A和B端口之间存在高阻态。
