MUX36S08和MUX36D04(MUX36xxx)是现代互补金属氧化物半导体(CMOS)模拟多路复用器(mux).MUX36S08提供8:1单端通道,而MUX36D04提供差动4:1或双4:1单端通道.MUX36S08和MUX36D04在双电源(±5V至±18V)或单电源(10V至36V)供电时均能正常运行。它们在由对称电源(如V DD = 12V,V SS = -12V)和非对称电源(如V DD = 12V,
V SS = -5V)供电时也能保证优异性能。所有数字输入具有兼容晶体管 - 晶体管逻辑电路(TTL)的阈值。当器件在有效电源电压范围内运行时,该MQ36S08和MUX36D04的导通和关断泄漏电流较低,允许此类多路复用器以最小误差源的信号。仅为45μA的低电源电流支持其应用于便携式应用的理想选择。
