LM56是一款精密低功耗恒温器。通过使用3个外部电阻分压LM56 1.250V带隙电压基准，可以产生两个稳定的温度跳变点（V T1 和V T2 ）。 LM56有两个数字输出。当温度超过T1时，OUT1变为低电平，当温度低于T1时，OUT1变为高电平（T1-T HYST ）。类似地，当温度超过T2时OUT2变为低电平，当温度低于T2时变为高电平（T2-T HYST ）。 T HYST 是内部设置的5°C典型迟滞。
LM56采用8引脚VSSOP表面贴装封装和8引脚SOIC封装。
