TMP116(TMP116,TMP116N)是一系列具有集成EEPROM存储器的低功耗,高精度温度传感器.TMP116可提供16位温度结果,具有0.0078°C的分辨率,且无需校准即可实现高达±0.2°C的精度.TMP116可兼容I 2 C和SMBus接口,具有可编程警报功能,在单路总线上最多可支持4个器件。
TMP116不仅节省功耗,而且消耗最低电流,能够最大限度减少自发热并提高测量精度.TMP116在1.9V至5.5V电压范围内运行,电流消耗通常为3.5μA。
TMP116器件运行温度范围为-55°C至+ 125°C,精度比A类RTD要高,但电流消耗不足PT100 RTD典型激励电流的五分之一。相比于RTD,TMP116更易于使用,无需校准,外部电路,匹配的线迹和开尔文连接。
TMP116装置在生产调试阶段经完全测试,可通过NIST进行追溯,且使用经ISO /IEC 17025认证标准校准的设备进行了验证。
