描述

TMP709-Q1是一款完全集成的电阻可编程温度开关，温度阈值在整个工作范围内仅由一个外部电阻设置。 TMP709-Q1提供漏极开路，低电平有效输出，电源电压范围为2.7V至5.5V。

温度阈值精度通常为±0.5°C，最大值±3.5°C（60°C至100°C）。静态电流消耗通常为40μA。迟滞可通过引脚选择至2°C或10°C。

TMP709-Q1采用5引脚SOT-23封装。
