LM57器件是一款具有模拟温度传感器输出的精密双路输出温度开关,适用于宽温度范围的工业级应用。跳变温度( T TRIP )可从-40°C至150°C温度范围内的256种可能值中进行选择.V TEMP 是AB类模拟电压输出,该电压输出与温度成正比,负温度系数(NTC)可编程。两个外部1%电阻设置T TRIP 和V TEMP 斜率。数字和模拟输出具有保护功能,并且可监视系统过热事件。
内置的热滞后功能(T HYST )可防止数字输出发生振荡.T OVER 和 T OVER 数字输出将在芯片温度超过T TRIP 时置为有效,在芯片温度低于T TRIP 与T HYST 的差值时置为无效。
T OVER 为高电平有效,并且采用推挽结构。 T OVER 为低电平有效,并且采用开漏结构。将T OVER 与TRIP-TEST相连,可在输出发生跳变后将其锁定。将TRIP-TEST强制为低电平可将输出清零。将TRIP-TEST驱动为高电平会将数字输出置为有效。处理器可检查T OVER 或< span style =“text-decoration:overline”> T OVER 的状态,从而确认它们是否已切换至激活状态。这样一来,便可以在系统装配后现场验证比较器和输出电路的功能。当TRIP-TEST为高电平时,V TEMP 引脚为跳变基准电压。系统随后可使用该电压计算LM57
