TLE202x,TLE202xA和TLE202xB器件是采用全新德州仪器Excalibur工艺的精密,高速,低功耗运算放大器。这些器件结合了OP21的最佳特性和高度改善的压摆率和单位增益带宽。
互补双极性Excalibur工艺采用隔离式垂直pnp晶体管,可显着提高单位增益带宽和压摆率类似的设备。
