TLC2543是一款12位开关电容,逐次逼近型模数转换器(ADC)。该器件具有三个控制输入[芯片选择( CS ),输入输出时钟(I /O CLOCK)和地址输入(DATA INPUT)],设计用于通过串行3态输出与主机处理器或外设的串行端口进行通信。该器件允许从主机进行高速数据传输。
除了高速转换器和多功能控制功能外,该器件还具有片上14通道多路复用器,可选择11个中的任何一个输入或3个内部自检电压中的任何一个。采样保持功能是自动的。转换结束时,转换结束(EOC)输出变为高电平,表示转换已完成。器件中集成的转换器具有差分高阻抗参考输入,便于比例转换,缩放和模拟电路与逻辑和电源噪声的隔离。开关电容设计允许在整个工作温度范围内进行低误差转换。
(1) 符合JEDEC和行业标准的元件认证,确保在扩展温度范围内可靠运行。这包括但不限于高加速应力测试(HAST)或偏压85/85,温度循环,高压釜或无偏HAST,电迁移,键合金属间寿命和模塑化合物寿命。此类鉴定测试不应被视为超出规定性能和环境限制使用此组件的合理性。
