ADC12D1600QML是一款低功耗,高性能CMOS模数转换器,可以12位分辨率对信号进行数字化处理,采样率高达3.2 GSPS以交错模式。它还可用作双通道ADC,采样速率高达1.6 GSPS。对于低于800 MHz的采样率,存在低采样节能模式(LSPSM),可将功耗降低至每通道低于1.4 W(典型值)。 ADC可支持低至200 MSPS的转换速率。
ADC1600QML提供灵活的并行LVDS接口,具有多个SPI可编程选项,便于电路板设计和ASIC /FPGA数据采集。 LVDS输出与IEEE 1596.3-1996兼容,并支持可编程共模电压。每个通道的输出可配置为1:1非解复用或1:2解复用模式。如果用作单通道ADC,则可以选择1:4的输出解复用。该产品采用密封的376 CPGA封装,适用于恶劣环境。
