UC1525B /1527B系列脉宽调制器集成电路设计用于设计所有类型的开关电源时提供更高的性能和更少的外部元件数量。片内+ 5.1V埋入式齐纳基准电压调整为±0.75%,误差放大器的输入共模范围包括参考电压,无需外部电阻。振荡器的同步输入允许多个单元从属或单个单元与外部系统时钟同步。 CT和放电端子之间的单个电阻提供大范围的死区时间调整。这些器件还具有内置软启动电路,仅需外部定时电容。关断端子控制软启动电路和输出级,通过脉冲关断的PWM锁存器提供瞬时关闭,以及具有更长关断命令的软启动循环。这些功能也由欠压锁定控制,该输出保持输出关闭,软启动电容在低于正常输入电压时放电。该锁定电路包括大约500mV的迟滞,用于无抖动操作。这些PWM电路的另一个特征是跟随比较器的锁存器。一旦PWM脉冲因任何原因终止,输出将在该周期内保持关闭状态。锁存器随每个时钟脉冲复位。输出级是图腾柱设计,能够提供或吸收超过200mA的电流。 UC1525B输出级具有NOR逻辑,为OFF状态提供LOW输出。 UC1527B使用OR逻辑,当关闭时产生高输出电平。
