UC2843A 电流模式 PWM 控制器

描述

UCx84xA系列控制器件是引脚兼容的UCx84x系列改进版本。该系列器件具有控制电流模式或开关模式电源的必要功能，具有许多改进的特性：启动电流小于0.5 mA，振荡器放电调整为8.3 mA，在UVLO期间，输出级可以下降对于V _CC超过5 V，小于1.2 V时至少10 mA。
