TL594器件集成了在单芯片上构建脉冲宽度调制(PWM)控制电路所需的所有功能。该器件主要设计用于电源控制,为系统工程师提供了灵活性,可根据特定应用定制电源控制电路。
TL594器件包含两个误差放大器,一个片上可调振荡器,死区时间控制(DTC)比较器,脉冲转向控制触发器,精度为1%的5V稳压器,欠压锁定控制电路和输出控制电路。
未提交的输出晶体管提供共发射极或射极跟随器输出能力。每个器件都提供推挽式或单端输出操作,并通过输出控制功能进行选择。这些器件的架构禁止在推挽操作期间输出两次脉冲的可能性。欠压锁定控制电路将输出锁定,直到内部电路工作。
