描述

UCC2813-0 /-1 /-2 /-3 /-4 /-5系列高速，低功耗集成电路包含所有离线式和DC-DC固定频率电流模式开关电源所需的控制和驱动器元件，且器件数量最少。

这些器件的引脚配置与UC2842 /3 /相同4/5系列，还提供内部全周期软启动和电流检测输入的内部前沿消隐等附加功能。

UCC2813-0 /-1 /-2 /-3 /-4 /-5系列提供最大占空比和临界电压电平的选择。较低的参考部件（如UCC2813-3和UCC2813-5）最适合电池供电系统，而UCC2813-2和UCC2813-4的较高参考电压和较高的UVLO迟滞使其成为离线电源的理想选择。。

UCC2813-xQ-Q1系列的汽车温度范围为40°C至125°C。
