LM5017是一款100V，600mA同步降压稳压器，具有集成的高侧和低侧MOSFET.LM5017所采用的恒定导通时间（COT）控制方案无需环路补偿，可提供出色的瞬态响应，并且可实现极高的降压比。导通时间与输入电压成反比，这使得整个输入电压范围内的频率几乎保持恒定。高压启动稳压器为IC的内部运行以及集成栅极驱动器提供了偏置电源。
峰值电流限制电路可防止出现过载情况。低压闭锁（UVLO）电路支持对输入低压阈值和其他保护功能包括热关断和偏置电源低压锁定（V CC UVLO）。
LM5017器件采用WSON-8和HSOP PowerPAD-8塑料封装。
