LM5160系列器件是65V,1.5A同步降压转换器,其集成了高侧和低侧金属氧化物半导体场效应应晶体管(MOSFET) 。恒定接通时间控制方案无需环路补偿,并支持快速瞬态响应下的高降压比。内部反馈放大器保持着整体工作温度范围±1%的输出电压调节度。导通时间与输入时间成反比,其结果是切换频率接近恒定。峰谷电流限制电路可防御过载情况。欠压闭锁(EN /UVLO)电路可独立提供可调输入欠压阈值和滞后。LM5160通过FPWM引脚进行编程以在无负载到满载阶段为连续传导模式(CCM)工作或者在负载小时自动切换为断续传导模式(DCM)以实现更高的效率。强制CCM工作支持多路输出和采用耦合感应器的隔离式飞-Buck应用。
LM5160A的特性和引脚配置与LM5160相同。在降压或Fly-Buck应用中,LM5160A的VCC引脚可连接外部偏置电源。加功能可提高器件在高输入电压下的效率。
