TLV237x-Q1器件是单电源运算放大器,提供轨到轨输入和输出功能。 TLV237x-Q1在扩展的汽车温度范围内将最低工作电源电压降至2.7 V,最高可达16 V.因此,宽电压范围既可以支持启停功能,也可以直接连接到典型的12 V电池。轨到轨功能允许器件最大化输出信号并避免削波。
CMOS输入可实现高阻抗,适用于发动机控制单元(ECU),车身控制模块(BCM),电池管理系统(BMS)和HEV /EV逆变器。这也允许用户绘制更低的偏移电压并保持低功耗,以帮助满足静态电流的整体系统需求,例如信息娱乐或集群,HEV /EV和动力系统。
此外,TLV237x -Q1系列支持高电源电压的共模电压轨。此功能不设置任何增益限制,可以支持任何级别的输入,而无需担心任何相位反转。
