TLV276x单电源运算放大器仅在20μA时提供500 kHz带宽,在工业温度范围内工作电压低至1.8 V.建议的最大电源电压为3.6 V,允许器件通过(.1.8 V电源电压低至.0.9 V)两个AA或AAA电池供电。器件的特征在于1.8V(2个AA(A)电池的寿命终止)和2.4V(2个NiCd /NiMH电池的标称电压)。 TLV276x具有轨到轨输入和输出能力,这是1.8 V的必要条件。
低电源电流与极低的输入偏置电流相结合,使其能够与兆欧电阻一起使用。低至10 nA的关断电流使这些器件非常适合需要较长有效电池寿命的低频测量应用。
所有成员均采用PDIP和SOIC封装,单通道采用小型SOT-23封装,双通道MSOP和TSSOP包中的四边形。
