TLV237x单电源运算放大器具有轨至轨输入和输出功能.TLV237x在扩展级工业温度范围内的最小工作电源电压低至2.7V,同时还增添了轨到轨输出摆幅特性.TLV237x可由低至仅550μA的电流提供3MHz带宽。最大建议电源电压为16V,由此,器件可以由多种可充电电池供电运行(支持±8V低至±1.35V的电源)。
适用于高阻抗传感器接口的CMOS输入特性以及低压运行功能使其成为电池供电应用中TLV227x的理想替代器件。轨到轨输入级进一步增强了其多功能性.TLV237x是TI快速发展的RRIO产品中推出的第七款器件,也是首款具有出色交流性能且可支持高达16V电源轨的器件。
