MC3303和MC3403是四倍运算放大器,性能与uA741相似,但具有几个明显的优势。它们设计为在3 V至36 V的电压范围内采用单电源供电。如果两个电源之间的差异为3 V至36 V,则可以使用分离电源进行操作。共模输入范围包括负面供应。输出范围是从负电源到V CC ?? 1.5 V静态电源电流小于uA741的一半。
MC3303的工作温度范围为-40°C至85°C,MC3403的工作电压为0° °C至70°C。
