OPAx348系列放大器是单电源的低功耗CMOS运算放大器.OPAx348系列具有1MHz的扩展带宽和45μA的电源电流,适用于采用2.1V OPAx348系列具有45μA的低电源电流和0.5pA的输入偏置电流,因此是烟雾探测器及其他高阻抗传感器等低功耗应用的理想选择。
OPA348采用小型5引脚SC70(SOT),5引脚SOT-23(SOT)和8引脚SO(SOIC)封装.OPA2348采用8引脚SOT-23 (SOT)封装和8引脚SO(SOIC)封装,而OPA4348采用节省空间的14引脚TSSOP和14引脚SO(SOIC)封装。在全部电源范围内-40°C至+ 125°C的扩展温度范围提供了设计灵活性。
