OPA691为宽带电流反馈运算放大器设定了新的性能水平。 OPA691采用极低的5.1mA电源电流工作,提供压摆率和输出功率,通常与更高的电源电流相关。新的输出级架构可提供高输出电流,并具有最小的电压余量和交叉失真。这提供了出色的单电源操作。采用+ 5V单电源供电,OPA691可提供1V至4V输出摆幅,驱动电流超过150mA,带宽为190MHz。这些功能组合使OPA691成为理想的RGB线路驱动器或单电源模数转换器(ADC)输入驱动器。
OPA691的低5.1mA电源电流精确调整为25 C。这种微调以及低漂移过热可确保比竞争产品更低的最大电源电流。使用可选的禁用控制引脚可以进一步降低系统功耗。将此禁用引脚保持打开状态或保持高电平可使其正常工作。如果拉低,OPA691电源电流降至150μA以下,同时输出进入高阻态。此功能可用于节省电力。
