LMH6622是一款双通道高速电压反馈运算放大器,专为低噪声而优化。电压噪声规格为1.6nV /√ Hz ,当前噪声规格为1.5pA /√ Hz ,带宽为160 MHz,谐波失真规格超过90 dBc,使LMH6622成为ADSL,VDSL或其他xDSL设计中接收通道放大器的理想选择。 LMH6622在双电源模式下工作电压为±2.5 V至±6 V,单电源配置时工作电压为+5 V至+12 V. LMH6622对于A V ≥2或A V ≤-1是稳定的。采用TI先进的VIP10工艺制造LMH6622,可在仅4.3 mA /放大器的电流消耗下实现出色的(160 MHz)带宽。这款双通道放大器的封装是8引脚SOIC和8引脚VSSOP。
