德州仪器(TI)LMH6628是一款高速双通道运算放大器,提供传统的电压反馈拓扑结构,具有单位增益稳定性和压摆增强电路。 LMH6628的低噪声和极低谐波失真相结合,形成一个宽动态范围运算放大器,采用单(5V至12V)或双(±5V)电源供电。
每个LMH6628都紧密匹配通道提供300MHz单位增益带宽和低输入电压噪声密度(2nV /√ hZ )。低2/3次谐波失真(10MHz时为-65 /-74dBc)使LMH6628成为匹配I /Q通道的理想宽动态范围放大器。
快速准确的建立(12ns至0.1%) ,LMH6628也是宽动态范围抗混叠滤波器的理想选择,可缓冲高分辨率模数转换器的输入。将LMH6628的两个紧密匹配放大器组合在一个8引脚SOIC封装中,可降低许多复合放大器应用的成本和电路板空间,如有源滤波器,差分线路驱动器/接收器,快速峰值检测器和仪表放大器。
LMH6628采用TI的VIP10互补双极工艺制造。
为缩短设计时间并协助电路板布局,LMH6628由评估板(CLC730036)提供支持。
