THS3091和THS3095是高压,低失真,高速,电流反馈放大器,可在±5的宽电源范围内工作V至±15 V,适用于需要大型线性输出信号的应用,如引脚,功率FET和VDSL线路驱动器。
THS3095具有断电引脚( PD )使放大器进入低功耗待机模式,并将静态电流从9.5 mA降至500μA。
宽电源范围与总谐波失真相结合,低至-70 dBc(10 MHz)以及7300 V /μs的高压摆率使THS309x成为高压任意波形驱动器应用的理想选择。此外,具有处理高电压摆幅驱动高电阻和高电容负载同时保持良好建立时间性能的能力使该器件非常适用于引脚驱动器和功率FET驱动器应用。
THS3091和THS3095提供8引脚SOIC(D)和8引脚SOIC(DDA)封装,带有PowerPAD™。
