LMH6738是一款超宽带直流耦合单片运算放大器,专为超高分辨率视频系统以及需要出色信号保真度的宽动态范围系统而设计。得益于TI的电流反馈架构,LMH6738的增益范围为±1至±10,同时提供稳定的工作,无需外部补偿,即使在单位增益下也是如此。增益为+2时,LMH6738支持具有400 MHz 2 V PP -3 dB带宽的超高分辨率视频系统。通过30 MHz(R L =100Ω)的12位失真水平,2.3 nV / Hz 输入参考噪声,LMH6738是高速闪存A /D和D /A转换器的理想驱动器或缓冲器。宽动态范围系统,如雷达和通信接收机,需要宽带放大器,提供出色的信号纯度,LMH6738低输入参考噪声和低谐波失真使其成为一种极具吸引力的解决方案。
