THS4509器件是一款宽带全差分运算放大器,专为5 V数据采集系统而设计。它的噪声低至1.9 nV /√ Hz ,低谐波失真为-75 dBc HD 2 和-80 dBc HD 3 ,100 MHz,2 V PP ,G = 10 dB,负载为1kΩ。压摆率高达6600 V /μs,建立时间为2 ns至1%(2 V步进),是脉冲应用的理想选择。它的最小增益为6 dB,但针对10 dB的增益进行了优化。
为了实现与模数转换器(ADC)的直流耦合,其独特的输出共模控制当电压设置在中间电源的0.5V范围内时,电路将输出共模电压保持在设定电压的3mV偏移(典型值)范围内,差分偏移电压小于4mV。共模设定点由内部电路设置为中间电源,内部电路可能会从外部电源过驱动。
输入和输出经过优化,可在共模电压设置为中间电源时实现最佳性能。除了在低电源电压下的高性能外,该设计还使其成为高性能,单电源5 V数据采集系统的理想选择。 THS4509的增益为10 dB,驱动ADS5500 ADC,采样速率为125 MSPS,综合性能为81 dBc SFDR和69.1 dBc SNR,70 MHz时-1 dBFS信号。
THS4509采用四通道无引脚VQFN-16封装(RGT),工作温度范围为-40°C至+ 85°C。
