LMH6552器件是一款高性能,全差分放大器,旨在提供8位驱动所需的出色信号保真度和宽大信号带宽14位高速数据采集系统。 LMH6552采用TI专有的差分电流模式输入级架构,允许在增益大于1的情况下工作,而不会牺牲响应平坦度,带宽,谐波失真或输出噪声性能。
使用外部增益设置电阻和集成共模反馈,LMH6552可配置为差分输入至差分输出或单端输入至差分输出增益模块。 LMH6552可在输入端进行交流或直流耦合,适用于各种应用,包括通信系统和高速示波器前端。驱动ADC14DS105器件的LMH6552的性能为86 dBc SFDR和74 dBc SNR,最高可达40 MHz。
