OPA3695是一款三倍高带宽电流反馈型运算放大器,具有出色的4300V /μs压摆率和极高的900MHz带宽(G = + 2V /V),提供适合要求最苛刻的视频应用的放大器。器件的多功能性得到增强,具有1.8nV /√ Hz 输入电压噪声,输出级可在电源轨1V范围内摆动,提供高动态性能范围信号,非常适合模数转换器(ADC)前端或数模转换器(DAC)输出缓冲。 OPA3695针对高增益操作进行了优化,非常适合在中频(IF)系统中缓冲表面声波(SAW)滤波器。
低12.9mA /通道电源电流精确调整+ 25℃。这种微调以及低温漂移可在整个温度范围内提供较低的系统功率。使用禁用控制引脚可以进一步降低系统功耗。将此引脚保持打开或保持高电平可以正常工作。如果拉低,OPA3695的电源电流降至100μA/通道。这种省电特性以及出色的单+ 5V操作使OPA3695非常适合需要极高性能的低功耗应用。 OPA3695采用SSOP-16封装。
