OPA140,OPA2140和OPA4140运算放大器(op amp)系列是一系列低功耗JFET输入放大器,具有良好的漂移和低输入偏置当前。包括V-的轨到轨输出摆幅和输入范围允许设计人员利用JFET放大器的低噪声特性,同时还可连接现代的单电源,精密模数转换器(ADC)和数模转换器(DAC)。

所有型号均在-40°C至125°C范围内工作,可用于最具挑战性的环境。 OPA140(单通道)采用5引脚SOT-23,8引脚VSSOP和8引脚SOIC封装; OPA2140(双通道)采用8引脚VSSOP和8引脚SOIC封装; OPA4140(四通道)采用14引脚SOIC和14引脚TSSOP封装。
