OPA320(单通道)和OPA2320(双通道)是经过优化的新一代精密低压CMOS运算放大器,具有极低噪声和高带宽,静态电流低,仅为1.45mA。
OPA320系列非常适合低功耗,单电源应用。低噪声(7nV /√ Hz 和高速运行特性使它们同样非常适合驱动采样模数转换器(ADC)。其他应用包括信号调节和传感器放大。
OPA320采用了具有零交越失真的线性输入级,能够在整个输入范围内提供114dB(典型值)的出色共模抑制比(CMRR)。输入共模电压范围在正负电源轨基础上向外扩展了100mV。输出电压摆幅通常在电源轨的10mV范围内。
此外,OPAx320还具有1.8V至5.5V的宽电源电压范围,而且为了整个电源电压范围内的PSRR
因此非常适合不经稳压而直接由电池供电的高精度低功耗应用。
