TLV8811(单通道)和TLV8812(双通道)系列精密超低功耗运算放大器是面向电池供电无线设备和低功耗有线设备中的成全优化型,“始终开启”感测应用的理想选择。凭借6kHz带宽,425nA静态电流以及削减至500μV以下的偏移电压,TLV881x放大器具备高精度特性,同时能够用于注重电池寿命的设备(例如) ,CO气体检测器和便携式电子器件)将功耗降至最低。此类器件的互补金属氧化物半导体(CMOS)输入级经过精心设计,能够实现超低安培电流,从而降低I BIAS < /sub>和I OS 误差,否则将影响高源阻抗感测应用的绝佳选择。此外,内置的电磁干扰(EMI)保护功能可降低器件对手机,WiFi,无线发射器,标签阅读器所发出意外射频(RF)信号的敏感度。
TLV8811(单通道)和TLV8812(双通道)两个版本分别采用符合行业标准的5引脚SOT-23和8引脚VSSOP封装。
