LPV801(单通道)和LPV802(双通道)组成了超低功耗运算放大器系列,适用于由电池供电的无线和低功耗有线设备中的感测应用.LPV80x放大器的带宽为8kHz,静态电流为320nA,可最大限度降低运行电池寿命至关重要的设备(如CO检测器,烟雾检测器和PIR运动检测器)消耗的功率。
除超低功耗特性外,LPV80x放大器还具有实现毫微微安偏置电流的CMOS输入级.LPV80x放大器还特有一个负轨感测输入级和一个相对于电源轨的摆幅为毫伏级的轨到轨输出级,从而尽可能保持最宽的动态范围.LPV80x设有电磁干扰(EMI)保护,可降低来自手机,WiFi,无线电发射器和标签阅读器的无用射频信号对系统造成的影响。
