OPA838解补电压反馈运算放大器只需0.95mA的修整电源电流,即可以1.8nV /√ Hz 的输入噪声电压提供高达300MHz的增益带宽积。这些特性相结合,可为光电二极管跨阻设计和高电压增益级(它们在信号接收器应用中需要最低的输入电压噪声提供极其省电的解决方案。
以6V /V的最小建议同相增益运行时会产生90MHz,-3dB带宽。极低的输入噪声和偏移电压使得OPA838特别适合高增益。即使在1000V /V的直流耦合增益下,也可获得300kHz的信号带宽,且最大输出偏移电压为±125mV。
单通道OPA838采用6引脚SOT-23和SC70封装(包含电源关断特性)以及5引脚SC70封装。
