INA181,INA2181和INA4181(INAx181)电流检测放大器专为经成本优化的应用而设计。这些器件是一系列双向电流检测放大器(也称为电流分流监控器),可在独立于电源电压的-0.2V至+ 26V范围内的共模电压中感测电流检测电阻器上的压降.INAx181系列集成有一个匹配的电阻器增益网络,具有四个固定增益器件选项:20V /V,50V /V,100V /V或200V /V.该匹配增益电阻器网络可最大限度地减小增益误差并降低温漂。
这些器件由2.7V至5.5V单电源供电。而双通道INA2181消耗的最大电源电流为500μA,四通道INA4181消耗的最大电源电流为900μA。
