LM3485是一款高效PFET开关稳压控制器,可用于快速,轻松地开发小型,低成本的开关降压稳压器广泛的应用。迟滞控制架构提供简单的设计,无需使用各种外部组件的任何控制环稳定性问题。 PFET架构还允许低元件数量以及超低压差,100%占空比工作。另一个好处是在轻负载条件下高效运行而不会增加输出纹波。
通过测量PFET的R DS(ON)上的电压来提供电流限制保护,从而消除了对检测电阻的需求。可通过单个电阻调节逐周期电流限制,确保在一系列输出电流范围内安全运行。
