LM5642系列包括两个电流模式同步降压稳压控制器,它们以180°异相工作,相互正常,开关频率为200kHz,用于LM5642和LM5642X的振荡频率为375kHz。
异相操作可降低输入RMS纹波电流,从而显着降低所需的输入电容。对于LM5642,开关频率可以与150 kHz和250 kHz之间的外部时钟同步,对于LM5642X,可以在200 kHz和500 kHz之间同步。两个开关稳压器输出也可以并联,以作为双相单输出稳压器工作。
每个通道的输出可以在Vin的1.3V至90%之间独立调节。内部5V轨还可用于驱动自举电路。
电流模式反馈控制可确保出色的线路和负载调节以及宽环路带宽,从而实现对快速负载瞬变的出色响应。通过顶部FET的Vds或与顶部FET漏极串联的外部电流检测电阻检测电流。
LM5642具有模拟软启动电路,独立于输出负载和输出电容使软启动行为比传统的软启动电路更具可预测性和可控性。
两个输出均可提供过压保护。还可以使用UV延迟引脚,以便在输出欠压事件期间延迟IC的关闭时间。
