描述

TPS51117器件是一款经济高效的同步降压控制器，适用于笔记本电脑应用中的POL电压调节。控制器专用于自适应接通时间D-CAP模式的操作。该模式提供易用性，低外部元件数和快速瞬态响应。可选择自动跳跃模式以实现低至毫安负载范围的高效率，或仅用于低噪声运行的仅PWM模式。

正过流和负过流保护的电流检测方案无损耗低侧R _DS（on）传感加温度补偿。该器件从另一个稳压器（如TPS51120或TPS51020）接收5 V（4.5 V至5.5 V）电源。转换输入可以是VBAT或5 V电压轨，范围为1.8 V至28 V，输出电压范围为0.75 V至5.5 V.

TPS51117采用14-电压供电引脚VQFN或14引脚TSSOP封装，额定温度范围为？40°C至85°C。
