LM5009降压型开关稳压器具有实现低成本,高效率,降压偏置稳压器所需的所有功能。该器件能够从9.5 V至95 V输入源驱动150 mA负载电流。开关频率可超过600 kHz,具体取决于输入和输出电压。输出电压可设置为2.5 V至85 V.该高压稳压器包含一个N通道降压开关和一个内部启动稳压器。该器件易于实现,采用8引脚VSSOP和热增强型8引脚WSON封装。 LM5009是高压单片或分立线性解决方案的理想替代品,其功率损耗变得不可接受。调节器操作基于使用与VIN成反比的导通时间的控制方案。此功能允许工作频率在负载和输入电压变化时保持相对恒定。控制方案不需要环路补偿,从而产生超快的瞬态响应。利用与V OUT 成反比的强制关断时间实现智能电流限制。该方案可确保短路保护并提供最小的折返。其他功能包括热关断,V CC 欠压锁定,栅极驱动欠压锁定和最大占空比限制。
