LM5576是一款易于使用的SIMPLE SWITCHER降压稳压器。凭借这款稳压器,设计工程师能够使用最少的元件组设计并优化一个稳健的电源.LM5576的工作输入电压范围为6V至75V,并且集成有一个170mΩ的N沟道MOSFET,可提供3A的连续输出电流。该稳压器采用仿真的电流模式架构,兼具固有的线路稳定度,出色的负载瞬态响应以及简化的环路补偿特性,不存在电流模式稳压器中常会出现的低占空比限制。该器件的工作频率可在50kHz至500kHz范围内进行调节,从而实现解决方案尺寸和效率的最优化。为降低电磁干扰(EMI),LM(2)557x系列的多款IC可通过频率同步引脚实现自同步或同步到外部时钟.LM5576具备逐周期电流限制,短路保护,热关断以及远程关断等特性,能够确保自身的稳健性。该器件采用功耗增强型HTSSOP-20封装,特有一个外露片连接焊盘用于散热.LM5576受整套的WEBENCH在线设计工具支持。
