LM26001是一款开关稳压器,专为满足待机模式应用的高效率要求而设计。该器件具有低电流休眠模式,可在轻负载条件下保持效率,并具有电流模式控制,可在宽输入电压范围内实现精确调节。通常在关断模式下静态电流降至10μA,在休眠模式下降至40μA以下。强制PWM模式也可用于禁用睡眠模式。
LM26001可通过内部N通道开关提供高达1.5 A的连续负载电流和固定电流限制。该器件具有4.0 V至38 V的宽输入电压范围,可在线路瞬态期间以低至3 V的输入电压工作。
使用单个电阻器,工作频率可在150 kHz至500 kHz范围内调节,并可与外部时钟同步。
