LM25011恒定导通时间降压型开关稳压器具有实现低成本,高效,降压型稳压器所需的所有功能到负载电流2 A.该高压稳压器包含一个N通道降压开关,一个启动稳压器,电流限制检测和内部纹波控制。恒定导通时间调节原理不需要环路补偿,可实现快速负载瞬态响应,并简化电路实现。线路和负载的工作频率保持不变。当达到电流限制时,可调节谷值电流限制检测导致从恒定电压到恒定电流模式的平滑过渡,而不使用电流限制折返。 PGD输出表明输出电压已增加到预期调节值的5%以内。其他功能包括:低输出纹波,VIN欠压锁定,可调软启动时序,热关断,栅极驱动预充电,栅极驱动欠压锁定和最大占空比限制。
LM25011A的最短关断时间比LM25011短,可在低输入电压下实现更高的频率工作。
