TPS54292 4.5V 至 18V 输入、1.5/2.5A 双路同步降压 SWIFT 转换器

描述

TPS54290，TPS54291和TPS54292器件是双输出，全同步降压转换器，能够以最少的外部元件支持应用。它采用4.5 V至18 V输入电源供电，支持低至0.8 V的输出电压和高达输入电压的90％。

高侧和低侧MOSFET集成在一起，可提供更高效率的完全同步转换。通道1可提供高达1.5 A的连续电流。同时，通道2支持高达2.5 A。

电流模式控制简化了补偿。外部补偿增加了用户选择不同类型输出电容的灵活性。

180°异相操作可降低通过输入电容的纹波电流，从而降低输入电容，减轻EMI并增加电容器寿命。
