TPS54226是一款自适应导通时间D-CAP2™模式同步降压转换器。 TPS54226使系统设计人员能够以经济高效,低元件数,低待机电流的解决方案完成各种终端设备的电源总线稳压器套件。 TPS54226的主控制回路采用D-CAP2™模式控制,可提供快速瞬态响应,无需外部补偿元件。过继时间控制支持在重负载条件下的PWM模式与轻负载时的降低频率Eco模式操作之间的无缝操作,以实现高效率。 TPS54226还具有专有电路,使器件能够采用低等效串联电阻(ESR)输出电容(如POSCAP或SP-CAP)和超低ESR陶瓷电容。该器件采用4.5 V至18 V VCC输入,以及2 V至18 V VIN输入电源电压工作。输出电压可在0.76 V至5.5 V之间编程。该器件还具有可调节的慢启动时间和电源良好功能。 TPS54226采用14引脚HTSSOP或16引脚QFN封装,工作温度范围为-40°C至85°C。
