TPS54328是一款自适应导通时间D-CAP2™模式同步降压转换器。 TPS54328使系统设计人员能够以经济高效,低元件数,低待机电流的解决方案完成各种终端设备电源总线稳压器套件。 TPS54328的主控制环路采用D-CAP2模式控制,无需外部补偿元件即可提供快速瞬态响应。
自适应导通时间控制支持在较高负载条件下PWM模式之间的无缝转换。轻载时的生态模式操作。 Eco模式允许TPS54328在较轻负载条件下保持高效率。 TPS54328还具有专有电路,使器件能够采用低等效串联电阻(ESR)输出电容(如POSCAP或SP-CAP)和超低ESR陶瓷电容。该器件采用4.5 V至18 V输入(V IN )工作。
输出电压可在0.76 V至7 V范围内编程。该器件还具有可调节功能软启动时间。 TPS54328采用8引脚DDA和10引脚DRC封装,工作环境温度范围为-40°C至85°C。
